Brand Partnerships Director (Brands) UK - Global Short Form Social & Video Content Platform

Salary range: Roughly £75000 - £85,000 + comms (dependent on exp.)

Their mission is to capture and present the world's creativity, knowledge, and moments that matter, directly from the mobile phone.


The platform enables pretty much anyone (and everyone) to be a creator and encourages users to share their passion and creative expression through their videos. They have easily been one of the most downloaded apps in the world over the last few years.

Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within the company.

They are now looking for a brand partnerships lead/director to head up a team of brand partnerships managers, in a team selling solely brand direct. They would also expect this person to be executing high level partnerships for this disruptive and fast permeating social platform.

This is one of the first leadership roles at this mega business and the long term potential of joining now, during a hyper phase of growth, can't be understated. A strong blackbook of client direct relationships is critical to this role.


Their innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, while creating a native experience for their committed and numerous users with a view to creating and developing deep connections with their brands.

Responsibilies:

Identify new business opportunities for brands to partner with them and work towards revenue targets
Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
Help to deepen penetration in key and new verticals
Be instrumental in the external narrative of the business in the market
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions

Requirements:

Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ideally additional language skills
Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
