Looking for a fantastic membership's service manager! This isn't about bringing on new members; this is about managing staff who will be keeping an exceptionally high quality service to build long lasting relationships and retention of loyal members.
Ensuring all of their needs is met in a professional manner.
You will be confident managing a team of people. Motivating them, guiding them and managing them with confidence and compassion.
The company itself is a global lifestyle brand. Currently a medium sized team looking to expand over the next year.

Previous experience working in an International Company
Exceptional customer care track record
Resource Manager/ Contact Manager/ Technology experience
Experience with change management
Strong leadership skills; managing teams, budgets and KPI's
Any other languages would be a huge bonus!
Strong level of Excel ability
Oversee management of the team
Be a people person - someone who everyone can go to
Tracking KPI's and Budgets ensuring everything is in line and on track
Conducting 1-1's and team meetings each month
Ensure all senior management are kept up to date with notices, updates, targets and customer feedback where needed
Follow up with surveys
