Business Development Director - Channel Partnership
Our client is a global B2B channel partnership marketing agency that works with some of the world’s biggest and most recognised tech and telco brands. Helping to deliver unbelievable results for both vendors and channel partners alike.
Originally born out of the US and expanding into the Australasian markets, they have recently launched in the UK and are on a rapid growth trajectory once again.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Director, Sales Director or Business Development Director with experience in the tech space to join this fast-growing business and play a key role within this agency.

The reason prospect clients are so keen to join this agency is that the investment is based more on results rather than creation. Making it highly appealing to marketers who want to closely track costs vs ROI.
Although this agency is a global success story and now establishing itself in the UK market. It is very important to keep in mind that this opportunity should be approached with a start up mentality. i.e you will play a vital role in helping shape the future and culture of this UK operation, whilst eventually building a team around you. So, no ivory tower moments please. This is a “roll your sleeves up” and get stuck in and help create.
Without question this role as Client Director is very much focused on business development. Therefore, it will be important that you have experience engaging at C Level and ideally currently hold senior level relationships within large tech or telco organisations. As well as have an understanding of how these brands work and engage with their channel partners.
You should have the gravitas and confidence to present at C level and below. Albeit this solution almost sells itself, you will need to be confident in talking through stats and delivery.
You will be working very closely with the EMEA Group Managing Director and will be supported by a small team of managers from both vendor and channel partner teams.
You don’t necessarily have to come from a B2B marketing agency. You can come from a client side background who has worked within partnership marketing.
Finally, without overstating the obvious, this a very much a relationship role! Therefore, you must excel in building strong ongoing relationships with your clients, even after success and your management team take over, you will be expected to maintain these relationships on an ongoing basis as you will be a key face of the business.
As a Client Director who is confident in business development, our client offers a generous package consisting of £50-70k basic salary based on experience plus commission and other benefits.
