Database Administrator - Great Intro to FinTech Industry for new job seeker/return to work candidate
Based in Central London, our client is a global membership community resource business that specialises in information and networking within the FinTech space. Their typical audience ranges from senior executives within established banks and financial institutions through to founders of new fintech starts up.
Due to ongoing growth our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join a team to update their database. You will be responsible for working with the team to understand the requirements to clean-up the database. The job will entail liaising with our client’s high profile customers, providing regular updates on your progress and working with your colleagues to clarify requirements or highlight any issues that you may encounter along the way.
You will be someone who pays great attention to detail, organised, an effective communicator (both written and verbally) and who is able to provide regular and concise updates to your colleagues. No specific previous experience is required – however our client seeks someone who is confident working with databases and using Word/Excel.
Whilst you will be working autonomously, you will be part of a vibrant team and will be part of a fun office environment in a market leading organisation.
This is a great opportunity to work in London within an industry which is growing rapidly. Unlike many roles, there is the option for flexibility with the working hours as part of this contract.
In return, you can enjoy a salary of £21,000 to £26,000 p.a depending on experience.
