If you are fed up with working for a large integrated agency where you don't really have much influence this smaller London based multi award winning agency might just be your tipping point. Client sectors include; energy, retail, leisure and horticultural. Not restricted by strict global power brands, you'll find you'll be able to be so much more creative from the conception to the execution.
The agency are looking for someone with an appreciation of either eCRM or CRM, with the ability to work across and having experience from having worked across a few different vertical sectors.... a quick thinker ability to multi task.
In short; a proven track record of actually managing a client and at least 2 team members. You must be able to prove that you have worked up the ranks and that you really understand the value and role of account management. Able to articulate and demonstrate having started and finished a project and the confidence to advise a client. Knowledge also of direct response channels (digital and offline), data management and general agency processes.

Remuneration is from £45k-£50k depending on your experience and how good you really are.... plus benefits.
