Entrepreneurial sponsorship agency, seeks Digi. Media Planner/ Buyer to lead on portfolio of FMCG and sports Clients.

Digital Media Planner/Buyer - Up to £60,000 depending on experience - Flexible hours if required - London

This sponsorship agency was set up ten years ago. It now employs over 100 people in Asia and approx 12 in their central London office.
Based in the London office, the 4 founders all have backgrounds in media and sponsorship, with sponsorship being a key business channel for them.
The media side has grown organically over the last 4 years and continues to grow rapidly. They work with many challenger brands looking to take their first steps into paid media campaigns and activations.

There is a need for a talented digital media planner/ buyer, to take responsibility for all aspects of service delivery from end to end - creating the media plans, buying media space, delivering client reports and managing ongoing client relationships.
The media planner/ buyer will have overall responsibility for ensuring media plans are successfully executed, delivering quality media buying reports to Clients and with regular measurement reports on the ROI of campaigns.
You''ll keep an eye on what the clients' competitors are up to in the marketplace and share finding with your Clients.
And you'll support the company's new business plans to secure and deliver a growing portfolio of media planning and buying clients.

Candidates must have:
- Strong knowledge and experience in paid digital and social media. For the clients, digital and social tend to form one of the most important areas of spend.
- You will have knowledge of planning buying and managing campaigns in Facebook Business, Google Adwords, Google Double Click Suite.
- You will enjoy looking after and servicing your Clients - present ideas to them, give feedback on how campaigns have performed and offer future plans and guidelines. Expect weekly meets with your Clients
- A knowledge of BI dashboard tools would be a great advantage and ideally you will be comfortable utilising Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for site tracking and analysis.
- The agency itself is run by a bunch of successful entrepreneurs, so its an all hands on deck approach here, everyone has a voice and all are expected to have an opinion - there are no silos, no barriers. But everyone is expected to work for the greater good of the agency. Its probably not the right home for candidates who like clear divisions, large team structures and processes galore!
