Role Summary

As Manager of Sales and Customer Services, you will work closely with the Field Sales team and will be responsible for leading a small team of Telesales and Customer Services Executives.  You will be responsible for team sales targets and ensuring all administration processes and tasks are completed in relation to account set up, invoicing and ongoing account engagement with the What Car? New Car platform. 

Reporting to the Retail Sales and Service Director you will be required to prepare weekly, monthly reports as required and work with Credit Control to ensure there are no outstanding debts.  

You will be a hard working, driven, confident and outgoing individual looking to be part of a winning team. On a day-to-day basis your focus will be to ensure the team is providing a first class service to their customers in a timely and professional manner. You will be required to take the lead on developments to the portal and communicating updates to the team.  On occasion, if required you may be required to onboard key accounts at client level.

This role requires strong leadership skills and experience of leading a small team in Sales/Service would be preferred.
