Marketing and PR Manager (part time)

The role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the New Business and Marketing Team where you would work together with the Head of Business Development and our Lead generation team and report into our Chief Executive.
You will be responsible for proactively leading and running the Marketing and PR activities in the agency. This will include promoting and developing the agency’s brand and services, delivering PR, organising events, submitting awards entries and communicating the agency culture externally. You will manage our website and social media.
As a self-starter full of positive energy, you will be empowered to lead and drive new business in the agency and help set the sales strategy.
To join GOOD, ideally you will:
- Have worked in a similar role Marketing and PR role
- Bring positive energy, a sense of fun and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong empathy for our values and client base
- Be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and to deadlines
- Good technical and practical knowledge of channels, marketing and PR strategies
- Ability to write and review content
- Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
The day to day hours on offer are part time 22.5 hours per week - however there will be a degree of flexibility required with 1 to 2 days per month organising and attending events , so applicants will need to take this into consideration when applying and will need to ensure this is feasible due to the requirements of the role.
