Reporting into the Strategy Director, you'll drive growth with existing clients, taking the strategic lead and winning new business. The agency is looking for a Senior Planner who’s naturally fascinated about customer behaviours, collaborative with clients and can inspire great creative work. The role will involve delivering strategy that informs big ideas to shape and grow brands, using digital, social and CRM channels to drive engagement. Specific account responsibilities will be decided based on candidates’ experience, profile and ambitions

What you need
- At least 5 years experience in a creative or marcomms agency strategy role
- A track record defining robust strategy from key insights
- Able to write inspirational creative briefs
- Lead on campaign performance and relevant strategic recommendations
- You’ll be able to own strategic conversations with clients and other agency partners
- You’ll be both strategic and creative in good measure
