Digital Business Analyst

St Albans

A Digital Business Analyst is needed to join an exciting and growing digital consultancy with an office in St Albans. You will be expected to perform analysis and business process modelling for complex digital solutions.

This fast growing, award-winning agency is a leading Episerver and Microsoft Partner, working at the forefront of the digital industry. Since 1995 their strategic, creative and technical solutions have enabled leading brands (Metro Bank, Landmark Trust, NSPCC and Age UK to name just a few) to drive digital success and they are now seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join their fast growing team.

Whether you are working with stakeholders to define scope of requirements, taking part in workshops with clients, prioritising stories to maximise business value, identifying technical and functional requirements, providing estimates or defining the scope of the solution, you will be doing so collaboratively with the internal team, in particular project managers, developers and UX.

To qualify. You should be a Business Analyst / Analyst / Digital Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Junior Digital Business Analyst or similar who can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a digital business analyst, preferably within an agency environment;
  • A strategic thinker with experience in proactively identifying opportunities and problem solving;
  • Ability to effectively prioritise a large backlog by balancing and championing both business and customer needs;
  • Strong working knowledge of current and emerging web technologies;
  • Highly organised, creative problem solver with a collaborative approach;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills;
  • Detailed understanding of responsive websites, IA/UX, prototyping, design, build and third party integration.
