Director of Demand
We're searching for a Director of Demand with a background in social selling. This role offers a salary up to £85k p/a and the chance to manage a talented, ambitious team.

They’ve recently expanded their business and they’re now a full service, integrated marketing agency. It’s an exciting time for them and it’s the right time to join.
What about the role?
This is an operational role. It is hands-on, team leading and client facing. This agency isn't about old school sales - they're not looking for a tyrant to boss people about. They want someone to lead by example and help a talented group to learn and grow. And they want someone to manage upwards and look after the best interests of their team.
Does this sound like you?
You understand demand generation and social selling. Additionally, you know how businesses collect and manage prospects’ data. You’re familiar with customer profiling and segmentation and know how to extract valuable insights from large data sets. What's more, you get the implications of GDPR and its role in the business.
You can meet and exceed your department's revenue targets. Inside sales manager experience is beneficial, as is a digital agency background – ideally with a focus on social selling. You’ve worked directly with clients and you’re comfortable representing the agency at all levels.
You don’t have to be at Director level already. Our client will also consider an ambitious Manager.
