This ambitious boutique will blow you away. It has experienced unprecedented growth over the last four years which has elevated it from a start-up to a 30-strong agency.
Now the team is looking for a hungry Account Manager to help it grow further. At least six months as an Account Manager is required along with medical comms experience gained in a specialist healthcare agency.
Best described as a digitally led, creative med comms agency, it has a true family feel and a dynamic culture. It produces integrated medical comms for its clients – both patients and doctors.
The Account Manager role
Following an incredible growth spurt, the agency is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious Account Manager.
Ideally you will have held the Account Manager title for a year – six months at minimum. A science background is desirable but NOT essential. However, you do need medical comms experience in a specialist healthcare agency.
You will report into an Account Director but hold a lot of autonomy for your accounts.
The agency isn’t looking for a Digital Account Manager per se but, as you will be contributing to content marketing campaigns, digital experience would be a big advantage.
There is great potential to move quickly up the ranks here: there are big opportunities on your accounts and the agency prefers to promote from within wherever possible.
Your clients and deliverables
The agency offers three types of marketing service:
- Brand and marketing (sales aids, emails, online portals, apps etc)
- Med news and education (video journals, etc)
- Patient comms
Key deliverables include videos and animation (the latter mainly for conferences), digital comms including e-learning, web builds, email marketing, apps and some print.
The agency will allocate you to accounts based on your experience whilst encouraging you to develop and grow.
Salary and benefits
To £40k depending on experience.
