The Sponsorship Activation Manager for this exhibition company is responsible for managing, executing and delivering  circa £ 1m + worth of sponsorship revenue for both this major exhibition  and  Summits through excellent client and project management skills.

Key Accountability

• Responsible for co-ordinating with the sales team to understand what has been sold and a clients key objectives / goals 

• Liaising directly with the client and key internal teams (e.g. Operations, Marketing and Content) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the contracted deliverables

• Fiscal responsibility for ensuring contracted deliverables are delivered in line with budget expectations   

• Responsible for identification and implementation of continuous business improvement in the way we deliver sponsorship revenue at the show

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a project / delivery management role ideally with a client facing aspect to the role 

Skills & Competencies

• Project management experience necessary 

• Excellent client facing and stakeholder management skills

• Budget management capability 

• Great communication skills 

• Time management expertise 

• Organisation skills

• Hardworking, outgoing, self motivated and ambitious
