Our client is a corporate communications agency they are looking to hire a creative/production services manager. You will be responsible for managing and controlling available resource within the production and creative teams. It’s a challenging role, resourcing complex projects for multiple stakeholders, across a range of disciplines, which include design, digital development, moving image and client services. Our clients office/studio resource has a strong print and digital aspect, this should not be confused with a production studio set-up. Candidates will need to have good creative experience and be able to manage very diverse stakeholders. Candidates need to be from an agency background.

As gatekeeper for internal resource, you’ll be dealing with employees at all levels within the business, all with urgent requirements. You’ll be calm and confident in your approach, able to understand critical issues without deviating from plan. With many projects live at any one time you will need to be assertive, calm under pressure, able to make decisions quickly, remain flexible, whilst being resilient to ad-hoc requests and the inevitable curve balls. Although internally focused you will recognise the impact effectively managed resource in relation to meeting client expectations.

Finally, you’ll be organised, approachable and assertive when required. We expect you to be passionate in your approach and proactive in achieving the right resource balance to provide the best results for our client’s projects.
