THE COMPANY
A highly creative boutique design studio with clients ranging from luxury beauty brands to cultural institutions, non-profits and high street retailers. You'll be part of a close-knit team where the founders are hands-on and there's a culture of collaboration, energy and creativity.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a strong Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join the agency as the key contact for the agency's main client. The strength of client relationships at this agency is a key factor in its success, so you'll bring a track record of managing long-term clients, along with delivering creative work on time and on budget.
Day to day you will work with the strategist, studio manager and creative directors to scope, plan and brief design projects, with a focus on packaging but also including corporate branding, moving image, print collateral, digital, brand architecture and some campaign work. In particular, you'll be responsible for the relationship with the agency's biggest client in beauty, fashion, gifting and food packaging.
You'll get to use your excellent project management skills, your knack for developing relationships, your eye for great design, your financial acumen and to be at the hub of all the action.
YOU
As the sole Account Manager, we can only consider candidates who have experience from a design/branding agency for this role - we need you to hit the ground running. We'll also need you to demonstrate:
- a bright, capable, willing personality to get stuck in with all projects in the studio
- a good understanding of the packaging design process, from strategy and concept through to production
- experience at Account Manager level - you need to be confident handling clients autonomously
