Head of Marketing Automation and CRM - Up to £90,000 - London

THE COMPANY
This dynamic, fast growing company provides a SaaS platform for businesses to manage company spending effectively. They already have an impressive and established client base and are scaling so need to put the foundations of a robust marketing operation in place.

THE ROLE
As Head of Marketing Automation and CRM, you'll have the exciting opportunity to use your experience and ideas to establish and lead the Marketing Operations function. You'll be responsible for developing and optimizing the shared lead management process with Sales, implementing meaningful marketing performance reporting and analysis, owning marketing technology selection, implementation and support while ensuring rigorous management and governance of Marketing and Sales data. The individual in this role will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of scalable multi-channel campaigns.

Other responsibilities include:
- Managing the Marketing Operations team, overseeing the budget, team processes and change management
- Implementing and optimizing the lead management process and lead scoring methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to Sales with minimum lead leakage
- Working with Marketing leadership to develop first-class campaign execution processes that support Marketing's performance goals (email nurtures, events, webinars, customer communication, etc.)
- Leveraging processes and tools, governing and growing the marketing database, including integrity, enrichment, build out, and targeting/segmentation approach
- Owning the marketing technology stack and partnering with IT to identify, implement, run, and enable marketers with tools and technology
- Developing a set of dashboards/reports that communicate marketing performance (contribution to pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity).

YOU
To be considered for this role you MUST HAVE:

- Substantive experience in a marketing operations role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Excellent experience leading and building out a team, showing ease with working in a rapidly growing environment
- Deep understanding of CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, ABM, email tools, task management etc.
- Solid experience working closely with senior executives to tackle challenging business problems, including an ability to coherently and persuasively discuss recommendations with senior leadership
- Great communication skills and the drive to help others in the team.
