The agency is nearing the 100 headcount and work with some of the world's largest tech focused brands. The working environment is superb, and they have a very active social side. Staff turnover is low, Stonor have placed 20 people there throughout the course of our relationship, with 15 of those still currently working there. They're looking for an experienced Account Director to join their team and help deliver a wide range of integrated marketing campaigns. Their clients are in the tech space and could range from cyber security, financial technology, hardware providers, emerging tech, internet hosting and more. You'll be tasked with forging strong relationships with your clients, scoping out business opportunities, growing your accounts, and managing a wider team of account handers beneath you. You'll need the experience to think strategically, and carefully plan a campaign to ensure a healthy ROI for your clients. The scope of work could vary from events, channel marketing, social media, lead generation, motion graphics design, app design and creative campaigns with a strong message. The salary for the role is paying between £50k and £60k, and you'd have access to private healthcare, 25 days' holiday, a potential bonus scheme, a busy social calendar and a subsidised gym membership.
