Our client is an ambitious creative agency working across brand, innovation and customer experience. We are looking for a strategist with around 7 years’ experience working in a creative agency. You’ll need to be passionate about building brands to make a lasting and meaningful impact.
Our ideal candidate will have experience delivering brand strategy for big clients, and use design thinking and experience mapping to help shape and develop their ideas.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Lead complex brand, innovation and customer experience programmes for ambitious businesses from beginning to end
- Build relationships with senior clients and stakeholders
- Create tools and methods that turbo-charge our strategic offering
- Play a significant role in generating and winning new business
- Inspire our people with new ways of thinking and working
And what are you like?
- Around 7 years’ experience working in a similar type role
- Proactive and hardworking
- Curious and informed
- Experienced in all core disciplines of brand strategy
- Experience in more than one of the following; insight and customer research, customer experience mapping, innovation and design thinking, organisational culture development, product & service design
