Major Players is working with an industry leading, full service creative agency, we are looking for a Business Affairs Executive who has a TV production background and a passion for creativity.

The Business Affairs Executive will be responsible for:
* Estimating/acting Producer/Playout/Billing/Tracking
* UK and Ireland TV/VOD/Radio Playouts, to include final approval of films through Clearcast
* Checking media plans, playout briefs and factsheets
* Managing supply deadlines
* Orders placed with post house for supply
* Liaising with post houses, stations, Clearcast, Producers, Account Teams
* USA and Canada Clearance
* TV, Radio, Print and Cinema usage negotiations and renewals (Artists, VOs, Music, Models, Photographers / UK and International)
* Negotiating with artists agents and music companies
* Liaising with music companies to ensure usage needs are met, including AFM/SAG
* Reading and signing contracts and licences
* Authorising invoices when approved and Creating POs

The ideal candidate will have:
* 5 years plus experience within a similar role
* TV Production admin experience
* UK playout experience
* Knowledge of Beam/Adstream/ SAG
* Naturally very organised and enthusiastic personality
