Calling all freelance Image Production Coordinators, Image Production Managers, Image Traffic Managers and Image Work-flow Specialists.
I am currently recruiting a number of positions for an iconic brand and require specialists for the following:
- Ensure a smooth and successful image post-production on any given project.
- Work in partnership with Producers to plan resource from briefs as they come in.
- Work in partnership with Art Directors to brief creative and technical requirements to the Retouchers, and directly control the work-flow of all image post-production.
- Ensure the delivery of images to all relevant stakeholders on time, and on budget as projects become complete.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful planning, work-flow and delivery of creative image post-production within the Creative Media department. The role gives direct support to the Senior Manager of Post Production in retaining our high level of creative and technical expectations on every project for multi channel execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Schedule & book retouching resource
* Traffic work-flow, gathering feedback from project stakeholders
* Offer creative and technical feedback on images when necessary, pro actively contributing to the development of the image
* Deliver final image assets
* Develop strong relationships across business to improve ways of working
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
* Post-production schedules are respected and adhered to
* Retouchers understand the brief and are able to work with clear direction
* No bottlenecks in work-flow
* Projects delivered on time and budget
* Images look as good as possible given time and budget allowed
To be considered, you must have an image based role (not as a retoucher, or Photographer, or Film and TV) but in a image Assistant / Coordinator to Manager level within an image studio or production company, or in within a in-house role for a well known brand.
