Their PR and social function has followed suit hence the reason that they now need a PR and Social Director to lead and inspire both clients and the team alike.

The team is made up of experts in content, outreach, social and online PR as well as more traditional all-rounders so its vital you've a strong but broad pedigree in creative comms.

As the PR and Social director you'll be adept at working in partnership with stakeholders that expect to be challenged around helping their brand to stand out.

You'll understand their customers, challenges and influencers and how they behave.

Through creating stand out and often unconventional ideas you'll gain coverage, cut through and memorable, shareable impact in the right places.


To make this really work you must have led sizeable teams and worked with seven figure budgets for a branded business or in a leading advertising and PR or integrated agency and be able to prove how you've done so.

As the PR and social director you need to be both business and digitally savvy and bring strong leadership credentials to the table. You'll work across a large business so it's important that you've a strong grasp on the key roles that make a broad commercial business work.

You'll be based in Bristol.
