Strategy Director (Integrated Advertising Agency) 

Strategy director with cross channel experience to lead strategy on a large piece of business which includes a steady stream of cross-channel projects as well as a relentless focus on identifying and creating opportunities for the brand to galvanise its place in category and in culture.  

The agency is an award-winning, global creative agency consisting of a multi-disciplined set of Strategists, Creatives and Technologists whose aspiration is to create ideas that cut through and deliver a real-world impact. This is an Advertising agency (not a pr, social or content specialist) who believes in doing something a little differently, recognised by a number of high-profile recent successes from Grand Prix award wins, to hotly contested Pitch Wins.

The strategy director will lead an iconic UK brand, solving business and marketing problems channel agnostically; through cross category and channel campaigns, from ATL Advertising to PR stunts, Beautiful crafted AV, Content, Social, Digital.

Experience criteria 

  • Experience as the lead creative agency strategist across integrated and media interagency teams
  • Proven track record in developing inspirational briefs that lead to creative concepts that are truly multi channel - not just TV first
  • A solid toolbox of planning skills which include customer journeys, comms plans and measurement frameworks, as well as development of toolkits that can allow global and/or local development & deployment
  • Leading new business pitches


Salary £75-85K.
