They’re looking for a super smart Senior Business Development Manager / New Business Director who can help them with their award-winning creative and strategic output that really does change people’s lives. We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Manager / New Business Director with personality and an understanding of the marketing / advertising agency world. You’ll preferably have a strong agency background and be passionate about behaviour change communications in the charity/NFP sectors.

This agency are well-known for their extensive client roster - a collection of well-known brand names. They now need a Senior Business Development Manager / New Business Director to help them lead the charge on their strategy to push into the commercial space and help global brands with their Corporate Social Responsibility work.

As Senior Business Development Manager / New Business Director, you’ll be responsible for proactively leading and running the new business activities in the agency.

The key areas of focus for this Senior Business Development Manager / New Business Director will be to help set sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, actively participate in tenders and the development of proposals and network with prospects.
