New opportunity for an established Design Director to join a mid- sized communications agency working with premium drinks brands. This role requires an established DD ambitious and on the cusp of moving up and into a CD role.

This agency are independent and working alongside the owners of the business there is huge scope to really affect change and achieve your own ambitions. As a communications agency projects vary greatly from brand strategy through to identity and communications, print, packaging, pos, experiential and film. This is a pivotal role for this agency as you will lead the design team, brainstorming and implementing exciting design concepts for international brands. Heading up this talented group you’ll work hand in hand to build brilliant integrated solutions and offer energy and passion to drive conceptual/creative projects from initial brief stages through to completion. What we are looking for:

A senior creative experienced in producing outstanding designs for graphic, print and digital branding projects.

The ability to efficiently manage the full lifecycle of your designs, from conception, visualization through to launch.

A natural leader. Experience overseeing a creative team and a collaborative, inclusive management style.

Imagination, character, inspirational ideas and thought provoking design.

Excellent, clear and engaging communication style. An impressive and charismatic design lead with excellent presentation skills.

Confidence in kick starting creative projects. A conceptual approach and clear creative vision.
