Group Account Director
Opportunity for an integrated Group Account Director to work on a number of top-tier client accounts in London agency.
Group Account Director - Up to £70,000 - 1 year FTC, potential to go perm - London
Global specialist sports marketing agency of 80 people who create work that earns their clients attention on the world stage by developing smart partnerships. Working with some the world's boldest and most inspiring brands, their dynamic and data-first approach see them deliver integrated campaigns across experiential, events, digital, social and PR. Based in the heart of London with a forward-thinking internal HR approach, this is an agency who genuinely work differently to the rest.
This Group Account Director role will see you working on integrated campaigns and large scale brand activations. You will nurture existing relationships with senior stakeholders, but also suggesting and implementing potential opportunities for business growth.
You will be responsible for:
- developing solutions to client challenges
- preparing clear and instructive creative briefs
- negotiating scope of work, estimating fees and preparing billings with Finance team
- developing a highly effective team who surpass client expectations
Ultimately you will be a natural leader, with excellent client and team management. This role will see you carry through your previous account and agency leadership experience, as well as your understanding of creative processes.
To be successfully considered for this role you will have a proven track record in growing an existing business through exceptional client service delivery and account management. You will be a fully integrated Group Account Director, being both a strategic thinker and an exceptional communicator.

This integrated role is initially a 1 year FTC, but our client is very much hoping to make this permanent at the end of the contract.
