I'm looking for a Head of Retail Sales to join a highly successful and growing IGaming company. You'll get the opportunity to be the key driver behind the retail sports betting business success and will be rewarded accordingly.

The Role:

The Head of Retail Sales will work as a key member of the BD team to source, manage and win new sports betting contracts where retail channels (b2c) are required.

The role will include ownership of the retail product development. You'll target major tier 1 and tier 2 operators with either a bespoke or off-the shelf solution. You'll be expected to understand local regulatory requirements and help define retail product solutions for various territories.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage retail sales pipeline
  • Capture customer requirements and define suitable solution
  • Develop functional product requirements
  • Develop revenue forecasts and business plans for retail products
  • Ensure compliance with regulation
  • Own and present the retail product suite at trade events
  • Work with Senior Executive team and wider business development team

About You:

I'm looking for a Head of Retail Sales who has previous experience within aSales or Business Development role within the B2C betting and gaming industry - you possess a deep understanding of sports betting customers, their needs, wants and expectations.

You'll be highly motivated, commercially minded and have a strong network of contacts with the drive to secure and close new deals with both existing and new customers.
