Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with experience in
developing a multi channel fundraising strategy.

Digital Marketing Manager - Up to £46,000 - 6 month contract - London

THE COMPANY
Our client is a major charity with a vision of a just world, free from poverty.

THE ROLE
In the role of Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of an integrated digital marketing strategy to acquire and retain donors across SEO/SEM, website, social, email, content, display and PPC. You will also drive the development of email automation programs.

You will be responsible for measuring, reporting and optimising the performance of all digital channels, providing insight to inform future strategy including the optimisation of the entire digital user journey using data to make informed decisions.

You will have oversight of all owned audiences and the digital communications they receive, ensuring no overlap between audience segments.

You will manage the performance of agencies supporting with digital marketing activities to ensure they return a positive ROI

This role will also be responsible for working with the Design Lead and other members in the Digital & Innovation team to ensure the CR suite of websites are aligned with digital marketing journeys and perform effectively

You will have responsibility for direct reports including a Social Media Manager and an Email Marketing Executive.

You will also develop and monitor digital marketing budgets


YOU
In order to be successfully considered for the role of Digital Marketing Manager, you will need:

- to be available immediately
- to be able to understand individual strategies whilst ensuring they fit with the bigger picture
- to have a proven track record managing digital channel ROI and delivering profitability
- extensive digital marketing experience, devising and managing digital campaigns
- an excellent understanding of digital advertising and social media platforms, as well as Google Analytics
- to have an understanding of good user experience and content principles
- be highly collaborative, persuasive and sharp
