Responsibilities
Day to day management of multiple briefs across multiple stakeholders.
Building brilliant relationships with all stakeholders to deliver a first class service to clients and represent the agency in a positive manner.
Build and manage relationships across all levels of stakeholders from juniors to senior management.
Attend and manage regular meetings at the client offices in London to pick up briefs and present creative work. Where required, work out of client’s offices.
Interrogation of client briefs to ascertain the client’s objectives and ensure that the creative team have the information they need before progressing.
Brief the creative team in a clear and engaging way and manage projects through the studio to client delivery.
Deliver creative presentations with confidence and clarity
Ensure all deadlines are met and any issues are managed and flagged up both internally and externally.
Work with the Project Manager to manage the allocated hours to ensure they are used effectively and maximum profitability and efficiency is achieved.
Responsible for all creative delivery being on brief and to brand guidelines. Providing that final sense check before work is sent to clients.
Organisation of projects including all admin (critical time paths, status reports etc)
Working closely with the creative team to achieve all of the above.
Working closely alongside a Project Manager and into the Business Director on the account.
Very comfortable working with a financial and project management process, completing timely, accurate, reporting for the client and for internal reporting processes.
Required skills
Account management experience
Experience of managing BTL, TTL or ATL assets, either agency or client side.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills, capable of prioritising workload and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strategic thinking and active problem solving skills
Strong presentation skills
Excellent people skills including relationship building and diplomatic negotiation (internal and external) and ability to flex across all levels of seniority
Previously managed POS / in-store environmental design and production
Fully competent with time management programs
Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
