Head of Project Management – BBC Creative

We have an amazing opportunity for a talented Head of Project Management to join us at BBC Creative.

In this role, you will lead a team of Integrated Project Managers;  the team is responsible for managing large-scale projects from brief to delivery, facilitating the efficient and smooth creation of outstanding multi-platform marketing campaigns for BBC products and services.

Main Responsibilities

• To lead the Integrated Project Management function for the department, setting high professional standards
• To manage complex multi-platform campaigns from brief to delivery, resourcing projects accordingly and keeping them on track and on budget
• To work closely with Creative teams and co-ordinate stakeholder management  
• To track and forecast budgets
• To build strong working relationships with stakeholders
• To line manage a team of Integrated Project Managers, training and developing existing staff and leading recruitment of new staff / freelancers

Are you the right candidate?

• Significant experience of Integrated Project Management within Advertising/Promotions
• An excellent track record of overseeing the production and delivery of multi-media campaigns
• Good management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of Project Managers
• Good negotiation skills and budgetary/finance management skills
• Knowledge of workflow management systems and procedures  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of the latest production techniques for all platforms
• Excellent administration & organisational skills
