THE COMPANY
An Employee Benefits and Insurance provider based in Surrey are looking for a CRM Manager to develop, roll-out and manage the CRM and Marketing Automation roadmap. The role is based in Dorking however London applicants are welcome to apply as there may be an option to work from London.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for leading the CRM team, managing the strategic roadmap and development and maintenance of the CRM platform (Salesforce).
Core responsibilities include:
- Driving the creation and development of the CRM product roadmap
- Ensuring the strategy is aligned with the sales and marketing plans
- Owning the relationship with Salesforce.com
- Cross-function collaboration
- Management of the CRM team

YOU
Strong understanding of market CRM practices and development
Proven track record of developing CRM strategies and gaining support from senior stakeholders
Ability to influence and collaborate across the organisation to drive results
Ability to think strategically, while being able to implement tactical plans
Relevant degree/professional qualification or equivalent industry experience
Proven strong technical and functional experience with Salesforce
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator or Salesforce.com Certified Developer
Highly skilled in analysing business requirements
Ability to evaluate information and question appropriately
Presentation and report writing skills
Analytical skills to demonstrate measurable KPIs aligned to business objectives
Strong relationship building and communications skills essential
People management experience
