Executive/Personal Assistant (communications agency)
Enthusiastic, executive assistant needed
Our client is a leading independent communications agency, they are looking to hire a talented executive assistant to support a managing partner. Candidates must have experience of working in a Design/PR/Marketing environment.
This a maternity cover starting Jan/Feb 2020
The requirements are for someone to manage the diary and day to day needs of directors- working closely with the senior manager. This role will also involve coordinating diaries, arranging meetings, travel, looking after expenses and general PA duties. It may involve pulling together presentations, pitch credentials, creation of contracts, T&C's and agreements. Good ppt/keynote skills would be beneficial.
A ‘can do attitude’
A self starter and can-do attitude is essential as is a willingness to get involved and help out without being asked. Reliability, openness and accountability are important. The agency work quickly and efficiently so this role is important in ensuring that they maintain a close and collaborative relationship with other members of the agency and their clients.
The successful applicant will report directly to the senior directors.
