+ The Platform: We have built the world’s only brand management platform that delivers always-on brand guidance to drive growth.
+ Consulting: We have created a unique brand measurement IP which underpins both halves of the business. We deal with bigger, tailored projects.

This one is disrupting both the Insight and Marketing Consultancy industries, with deep innovation in science, business model and staffing. What we do in Consulting:

Consulting is where our unique system of measurement was born. This system now forms the basis of the Platform. In Consulting, we experiment and iterate new approaches and ideas to be implemented into the Platform: essentially it is the test-bed for the rest of the business.

It’s where we create our most tailored and bespoke projects for Clients, making sure that they have strong relationships with us and get the best quality guidance on how to improve their brands. As our SaaS platform develops, our Consulting offer will also become the Platform’s premium offering. We will be trading certain Clients up from the Platform.

What is the role we are recruiting for?

You would be helping to show brands how best to grow. Working together with the Project Management team, you would assist in setting up projects and creating presentations to create a narrative for the brand. It would be your responsibility to generate brand guidance based on the findings. As part of this, you would also be generating Guidance based on our findings – how a brand should action our findings in order to grow.

You would also be responsible for communicating with Clients. This includes helping to win new business, owning the project process and delivering the projects.
As we progress, we will be bringing clients from the platform and upselling them into Consulting, so you would be expected to input into the strategy and execution of this process.

Who are you?

+ 4 years of post-undergraduate work experience is required, which has been spent working with brand(s) - preferably at an agency, as part of a marketing team or in a consulting firm. Literacy in the world of brands is essential
+ Experience working across a range of different brand activities
+ Experience of managing and developing client accounts
+ The ability to work closely with current clients, building strong relationships, while also being proactive in building up new clients
+ Projects you will be working on combine multiple skill-sets, therefore you need to have an outstanding aptitude to learn and be a lateral thinker
+ You need to be adept at uncovering themes within the results and be able to uncover critical pieces of information, advise the best way to improve it, and make it actionable for clients
+ Experience working across the arc of a project – from inception, ideation through strategy and into client delivery
+ Competence with Excel and agility in learning new technology and software systems, like Tableau.
+ Preferably a BA or BSc degree at University
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally and to all levels of clients

Your direct reporting line would be into Searsha who is the Director of Consulting. Consulting is part of the Revenue Team, run by Jim our CRO & MD.
