Launched this year in the UK and US, the quickly expanding business is looking for a skilled Senior Brand Manager to run the UK business by getting the product into the hands of the right people – the small and medium sized B2C brand owners. As the UK’s first Senior Brand Manager you will forge the pathway towards building and executing our acceleration strategy. You will execute and localise the global channel strategy to drive our business growth for 2020 and beyond. You will work with the Global Head of Marketing to drive UK penetration and develop plans to drive its success within the UK, nationally.
Brand Growth Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:
+ Work with Global Head of Marketing to develop UK channel strategy and marketing execution with focus on driving subscription recruitment, retention, upsell and cross-sell for smaller and medium sized brands
+ Creation & execution of UK channel partner strategy – identifying business opportunities to drive trials with aggregators of brands (i.e. trade associations, business platforms and more)
+ Creation & execution of UK editorial press strategy including paid content features, marketing assets and social media content
+ Maintain, manage and grow the end to end Brand Identity – from logo, tone of voice, ID style guide to user-facing UI and UX
+ Management of the UK Brand & UK Marketing budgets
+ Development of our digital strategy and marketing execution with focus on driving subscription recruitment, retention, upsell and cross-sell
+ Creation of paid, earned and owned digital strategy including the buying, optimising and reporting on social media performance cross channel
+ Creation of digital marketing assets and social content – everything from snackable social content to long-form editorial – to be used across social media & editorial press
+ Work with Head of Marketing, CRO & CTO on product roadmap fueled by subscriber wants and needs identified during recruitment and on current product optimisations – including UX & UI, data visualisations, product features and more
+ Management and upkeep of the our Website and all social media channels, including Social Media Management
+ Team Leadership and Process Development
+ 5+ years of Brand Manager experience, preferably in the B2B space with a focus on Digital
+ 3+ years experience managing Social Media and buying digital media
+ Proven experience leading and mentoring an inter-agency team
+ Experience working on global brands, with focus on UK and US
+ Brand portfolio of creative assets you’ve personally developed and executed
+ Proven Brand Building experience, driving recruitment and trial of new products
+ A proven showcase of developing full year, multi-channel campaigns and executing Business-to-Business digital partnership, including effective audience segmentation, targeting and retargeting campaigns.
+ In touch with the latest cultural trends across emerging segments, new growing brands and especially new & growing digital B2C and B2B platforms.
+ Experienced in the major and the emerging eCommerce platforms with focus on the emerging DTC landscape.
+ History creating, building and managing brands with integrity & consistency
+ Strong written verbal & written communication skills – including experience blogging and / or editorial journalism.
+ Digitally native – social media & mobile technology is second nature
+ Creative thinker, problem solver with keen eye for detail
+ Ability to thrive in an growing culture
