I am working with a dynamic London based gift design company who are globally recognised and supply both large retailers as well as small independent shops. My client innovates, creates and releases new products on a monthly basis and are responsible for some of the best selling novelty and gift products in the UK. Their entire creative process is done in-house by a talented team of 30 individuals dedicated to each stage of the process with only production being outsourced.
Now 15 years into business they have begun to develop product ranges rather than one of items which as allowed their creative team to grow. Now hiring for a Middleweight Designer to join the team of 5 my client is looking for a Middleweight Designer with a playful design aesthetic and creative thinking as well as experience taking projects on from concept stages right through to marketing and branding.
This role is a great opportunity for a Middleweight Designer to work in a close knit team with other like minded creatives whilst having the chance to take real ownership on projects with lots of creative freedom. In the role of Middleweight Designer you will stretch your skills and will build on creative thinking, designing for target customer audiences, packaging, digital and print design as well as photography and art direction. You will develop a portfolio of well crafted, original designs and will work along side a Senior Creative who can add to your growth.
