The Great & The Good have been asked by a central London agency to find an Account Director. Starting in mid-February 2020, this will be a 9-month maternity cover contract working on integrated campaigns for a small group of clients. Spanning a number of different industries, these accounts will allow you to build on your broad experience of different comms channels (TVCs, social, digital, direct, press, OOH, etc.) and to also:
- Work in close partnership with senior level clients
- Learn from some of the agency's key people
- Mentor talented junior colleagues
This role needs a proven creative Account Director who can hit the ground running. Unfortunately, it's not a role for a Senior Account Manager looking to step up. You will therefore need to have:
- Led accounts on a day to day basis
- Worked across a wide range of channels (including TV)
- Overseen account and campaign strategy
- Managed a team
- Grown your account revenue/profitability
