Business Development Director - Digital Agency
Reigate| Up to £60,000 Base (c£90,000 OTE Uncapped)+ flexible working hours, flexible holiday allowance & company car scheme.


Based in central Reigate in Surrey as well as central Europe we are an international creative digital agency specialising in the energy, technology and environment sectors for London, UK and global clients. We are now looking to recruit a highly capable and motivated Business Development Director to join our team and be part our ambitious growth plans for the future.

About the role:

+ Define and implement a new business strategy which is in line with the agency proposition
+ Identifying and developing key priorities and new opportunities
+ Cultivate new business relationships
+ Development and management of CRM data
+ Management of all inbound and outbound opportunities and tenders
+ Develop and progress new business deals
+ Deliver the agencies growth targets in our specialist sectors

About you:

+ Self-motivated, able to make decisions and take responsibility for them
+ Dynamic and self-disciplined, energetic but organised
+ Super organised, methodical thinker and close attention to detail
+ The ability to challenge difficult issues in a non-confrontational manner
+ Leadership skills and presentational ability
+ Experience in initiating and winning new high profile accounts
+ knowledge, understanding or appreciation for the energy, technology and environment sectors
+ Strong network within the creative community
