Fantastic opportunity for an Account Director to join this award winning creative and technology agency, based in Central London, on a 1 year fulltime contract.

My client is an independent mid-sized creative agency that works with some of the world’s biggest and best business brands. The agency has a global feel with several offices worldwide, that all work together to design multi-award winning experiences for their clients’ customers and employees. The work they produce is incredibly varied and creatively challenging from full brand strategy and development to content campaigns to digital design and build to video and experiential campaigns. They are now looking for a new Account Director on a 1 year fulltime contract.

The role of the Account Director will be to own the client relationships for a large Global well-known business and technology consultancy. While managing a couple of hybrid AM/PM’s the Account Director with have full accountability for the delivery and profitability of all creative campaigns. The client is a complex one and as such the ideal person needs to be highly commercial and a strategic thinker. Working alongside strategy and creative, the Account Directors are trusted partners to the client and need to have a deep understanding of their problems to be able to solve those challenges and make suggestions. Please note there will also be some travel to the US for the role too.

To be the right Account Director you'll be highly personable, full of energy and able to demonstrate your experience of owning and managing client accounts. You'll also have experience of motivating a team, developing existing and new business, as well as be accountable for your clients campaign profitability. You'll also have experience of working in a creative agency and have the gravitas and strategic know how to lead both internal and external stakeholders.
