Research Manager (Innovation), Central London – Up to £50k DOE plus benefits

They harness this thinking into powerful, step change ideas that delight consumers and sideline competitors. They need a Research Manager to help take them to the next level.
This Research Manager would join an agency working in four key areas: innovation strategy, experience design, foresight/trends and business transformation.
The role of Research Manager sits within the agency’s consultancy team reporting to their Associate Director. The role’s primary functions are across research & analysis, reporting & project management, account & business development and team & business building.
This Research Manager will preferably have experience in both B2B and B2C markets along with a variety of qualitative methodologies (ethnographies, in depth interviews, codevelopment labs/ cocreation) under their belt.
We’re looking for the following in this Research Manager:
• Minimum of 3 years experience working within qualitative research
• Demonstrable alignment with the agency’s values: curiosity, clarity, audacity and grit
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team on a project
• A proactive, can-do attitude
