Who You'll Be Working With...

Based in bustling Whitechapel, my client is a creative collective who are united by the belief that design defines human progress - as such, they design human experience. Spaces, services and the systems they live within, that change the way people think, feel and do.

My client is now looking to progress in the Digital field, and would like an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager/Programme Manager to come in and help shape the digital department and the work they are currently doing.

What You'll Be Doing...

A client facing role, you'll be working alongside the design and strategy teams, driving production and delivery of digital projects, varying from digital content through to experience led installations. In addition, you'll also be responsible for contributing towards the growth of the company and will assist in winning new business. As a client facing PM, you will inevitably have to be comfortable managing expectations, ensuring UX/UI designs meet spec, whilst also making sure that all content and project phases are delivered to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities will include the scoping and management of projects, defining and allocating tasks based on timelines, and ensuring client feedback is actioned.

Who You Are...

We're looking for somebody with 6+ years working with a multidisciplinary team within an aware winning agency - creating outstanding digital content across a variety of platforms and products. An understanding of the usability /or UX principles and how they work when applied to a range of products.

Essentially, you will have design management and a digital production background, demonstrable technical understanding of UX and working with both front/back-end dev teams. It is a MUST that you have experience working on large web/app builds - dealing with data sets, content management systems and product creation.

The team are highly energetic, personable, meticulous and passionate about the work they do so they'll want somebody who can fit that.
