I’ll tell you about the agency a little later on but for now let me dive into the actual role first.

We are currently seeking an experience Creative Planning Director /Creative Strategist who has strong B2B experience and is well versed in creating single-minded propositions. You may have even been or still are a Creative Director. Although we aren’t looking for a classic creative.

Our client is a highly respected and down to earth integrated B2B marcoms agency that has won numerous awards in various categories over the recent years. Plus, currently sits as one of the top 20 agencies in its field.

Now awards are great and especially when clients measure success by ROI. However, in today’s market, many, not all, B2B agencies have started to lose sight of the genuine creative element that helps brands stand out. That single mind proposition.

Smash an advertising agencies approach to SMP and combine it with the market insight and knowledge of the B2B environment and there you’ll find the solution. And with this in mind we are seeking a Creative Planning Director who not only understands this but also has experience working closely with the visualising teams to help create those propositions.

To be suitable for the role you will have already had experience as a Creative Planner or Strategist who has spent their career immersed within the agency arena. It would be hugely beneficial if you also had experience within the tech or telco sector but not essential.

In addition to this you will also be one of the faces of the senior management team, helping drive this business forward and aid them in fulfilling their fullest potential.

You will be a charismatic personality and someone who doesn’t rest their hat on the words, “that will do...”. You should have a personal passion for all things brand and immerse yourself in the latest trends.

In return for your skills and experience as a Creative Planning Director, the client is offering a competitive salary between £80-100k plus depending on experience.
