We are looking for a commercially minded E-commerce Manager to join the UK team of a luxury British fashion brand with Head Offices based in Central London. Their take on modern luxury has become a reference for the industry showcasing beautiful and timeless designs across clothing and leather goods.
You will manage their soon to be launched e-commerce website and be responsible for website sales and all online sales channels (including 3rd party retailers). You will work closely with the internal and 3rd party product and retail teams to develop initiatives to support sales growth, as well as project managing any tasks performed by external developers.
This an extremely exciting opportunity for someone looking to get involved with the development of the E-commerce channel of a luxury brand from the very start and a role you can quite literally make your own.
Your responsibilities will include;
• Managing the whole online customer experience from product selection to order delivery and all logistics customer touchpoints.
• All products, categories and pages on-site to accurately display correct information, links and images and ensuring seasonal changes are organised in a timely manner
• Project managing all the e-commerce seasonal and update shoots (product and additional campaigns) and upload on-line
• Day-to-day management of online marketing campaigns (including but not limited to PPC, Facebook, Instagram, SEO, retargeting and strategic partnerships) directly and with third-party agencies
We're seeking a graduate with at least 4 years’ experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role at a top-tier or fast-growing fashion or luxury brand. Somebody highly creative with brand strategy and positioning experience.
