Account Director – the Role

The account director is critical to the agency’s success and the ongoing growth of the agency. The key to this role is having the right mix of ability, confidence and creative flair in order to lead and manage key accounts. You’ll have an in-depth knowledge of clients’ business and all the agency services and act as the senior point of contact on a day-to-day basis, happy to get involved with strategy. A team player, you’ll be there to help motivate members of your team. Commercially minded, you’ll help drive the growth and development of your accounts, creating strong client partnerships.    

Account Director – the Candidate

You’ll have several years’ experience working in senior account management, ideally with some experience in the corporate branding and communications area. You’ll need to be passionate about strong creative work with a positive and energetic approach; the agency pride themselves on their creative output. Someone with high EQ, able to engage and bring teams together, would be perfect in this role.
