Account Director - The Role
As account director, you will own the day to day strategic relationship with your clients, building and maintaining long lasting profitable relationships. In addition, you’ll naturally be able to identify new streams of revenue and maximise profitability. Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of work, you will be directing and motivating the teams around you. You’ll also be responsible for driving the successful execution of the project, able to troubleshoot any problems, develop creative ideas and broaden the scope of work where you can. You will have the skill to delve into the detail where necessary and liaise effortless between senior stakeholders both internally and externally, developing a high level of trust and confidence.
You will have existing experience working for another reputable packaging branding agency as an account director with the ability to bring fresh ideas and an enthusiastic approach to your work. Charming, engaging and focussed, you’ll be able to manage, direct and nurture other members of your team. You must demonstrate you’ve managed several full branding projects from start to finish and are familiar with this area. You will possess exceptional client relationship skills and enjoy building close relationships.
