Our client is a long established client in S Manchester. Small but perfectly formed - and intentionally so, they offer superb marketing and creative communications to clients across both the b2c and b2b sectors. They have global clients so don't be thinking that the work isn't challenging and strategic by nature - they have superb creative output and an impressive client roster. We're currently seeking an Account Director to join the team. This is an interesting and exciting opportunity as you will immediately join the senior management team and play a key role in the development and growth of client accounts. Taking the helm of the client services/account handling function, you will lead by example - it's an agency where everyone roles their sleeves up and you'll be involved with clients on a day to day basis. The offering is through the line so it is essential that you have a full service/integrated agency background. They work across branding and design, print, digital and exhibition services too - you'll be adept at managing multiple clients and campaigns and spotting opportunities to develop relationships. There is a very definite career path offered with this role as they are looking for an Account Director who will, in time, succeed the existing MD and there will be potential for options/ownership.
