Head of Marketing & Digital Comms - Up to £65,000 plus car allowance - Dorset

Hall & Woodhouse is one of the UK's leading regional brewers based in the beautiful Dorset village of Blandford St Mary. As well as producing their famous range of Badger Beers they have over 180 premium pubs across the South of England, 50 are managed and 130 are tenanted. They are a values led business with a real sense of family amongst the employees. They have a very clear 10 year vision for the business and they now need to bring in some talented marketers to turn that vision into reality.

Heading up a team of 6, this is a newly created role so you will have the opportunity to really make your mark. They know what they want to achieve but not how they are going to do it, this is where the new Head of Marketing and Digital Comms coms in. This is a great opportunity for a very digitally savvy marketer to take a step up in their career to head up the team and create something really special for this fabulous business.

As the Head of Marketing and Digital Comms you will be responsible for:
- Driving the digital marketing strategy through a test and learn approach
- Strategically implementing the Managed House Guest communications
- Helping deliver 360 marketing campaigns across the tenanted pub estate
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to uphold the brand identity and values
- Utilising marketing data to drive and shape the wider marketing strategy
- Overseeing and managing a growing marketing team

- Be a digital first marketeer with prior experience delivering digital strategy across paid and organic channels
- Be a consumer and commercial focussed marketeer driven by the science of data
- Have experience in optimising and driving traffic to e-commerce sites
- Be a experienced team leader, wanting to lead an evolving team
- Be a vibrant and creative individual who is curious about new ways of working, different approaches, new technology etc
- Ideally have experience working for a multisite business
