As a Senior Account Manager (or top-end Account Manager) within a creative agency, you will need to have shown your ability to:
- Work across channels: TV, Press, OOH, social, digital, etc.
- Manage campaigns through the agency on time and on budget
- Build exceptional relationships internally and with clients
- Identify both opportunities for account growth and potential upcoming issues
- Mentor junior colleagues
