Fantastic job opportunity for a Director of Partnerships to join this fully integrated well known creative agency, based in Central London.

My client is an award winning integrated creative agency with an enviable list of well-known global clients.  Their core skill is transforming brands, products and services into experiences that lead to valuable interactions between a brand and consumer. Thus, leaving lasting impressions and influencing future purchasing decisions. As a result of a pitch win, they are now looking for a Director of Partnerships to head up the team that will lead this exciting new piece of business.

The role of the Director of Partnerships will be an exciting opportunity for someone to take the reins in building brand partnerships for this major well-known brand, enabling them to offer innovative and niche experiences for their customers.

As such the right Director of Partnerships will be a high performing brand partnerships marketing professional. They’ll have a deep understanding of the promotions, loyalty and partnerships landscape and have the ability to identify, articulate and persuade diverse audiences, as well as experience of leading a team. They’ll have an existing network of contacts in the food, retail, entertainment and gaming sectors and help create unique and engaging narratives to sell in partnerships to brands. Having strong negotiation and presentation skills as well as being a strategic and innovative thinker are also key. Please note while some media partnership experience would be beneficial, the role requires someone who also has extensive brand partnership experience.

In terms of personality the right person will be naturally curious and solutions driven, constantly asking themselves is there a better way. They’ll be a people person, who remains calm under pressurised situations, all while being able to influence at all levels.
