My client is an award winning integrated creative agency with an enviable list of well-known global clients. Their core skill is transforming brands, products and services into experiences that lead to valuable interactions between a brand and consumer. Thus, leaving lasting impressions and influencing future purchasing decisions. As a result of a pitch win, they are now looking for a Partnerships Manager for this exciting new piece of business.
The role of the Partnerships Manager will be to develop strong relationships with brand partners across multiple sectors (food, loyalty, retail, entertainment and gaming) managing the process of new partner onboarding from idea, sourcing and partner reach out, to pitching, negotiations, contracts and ongoing relationship management.
As such the right Partnerships Manager will have a background in sales, creative solutions, sponsorship or business development and have an excellent knowledge and experience of digital promotions across a variety of categories (loyalty, food, retail, entertainment and gaming). The role will suit someone with experience in creating interesting narratives that sell in unique and exciting partnerships to brands.
In terms of personality the right person will be naturally curious and solutions driven, constantly asking themselves is there a better way. They’ll be a people person, who remains calm under pressurised situations, all while being able to influence at all levels.
