Fantastic opportunity for a Designer to join this integrated creative agency, based in Central London.

My client is an integrated creative agency with an enviable list of well-known clients and big ambitions. While they only began in 2017, they have steadily grown since due to their approach of cutting through the waffle and delivering great campaigns that are rooted in reality and insight. As a result, they are not led by channels and work the full 360 mix on everything from BTL, POS, content, OOH, social, web and retail. As a result of the growth, they are now looking for a motivated Designer who is passionate about the creative process, and bringing their ideas to life.

The Designer will help create and develop innovative design solutions and activation ideas that truly engage consumers across both print and digital touchpoints for a variety of well-known clients.  As a result, they’ll get to see a lot of their work out in the real world too.

As such to be the right Designer you’ll not only have experience from a recognised advertising, creative or design agency but also an in-depth portfolio demonstrating your understanding of layout, exceptional design skills and attention to detail, across a broad media spectrum and campaigns with various touchpoints.

In terms of cultural fit, you are naturally confident, self-motivated and have a positive energy about you. The team is a close-knit bunch that have a lot of fun while working, so want people equally happy to muck in and help the agency continue to grow and produce exceptional work.
