The Intrepid Group is a purpose-driven organisation that is both the world’s largest adventure travel company and travel B-corp, a global group of businesses that adhere to the highest standard of verified social and environmental performance. Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, Intrepid Group, known best for their hero brand Intrepid Travel, has 30 offices worldwide including an office in Brixton, London.

The EMEA Marketing team is a highly collaborative and dynamic team, that is part of the fastest growing region at Intrepid Group. We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated and high performers. With an open and flexible work environment, we measure success more so on impact and innovation rather than hours in a day. We aim to provide ample opportunity for internal growth and development, but also rely on our team members and managers to tell us how we can be better.

As member of the EMEA Marketing Team, the Graphic Designer will build design assets to specific briefs and champion brand guidelines to ensure campaigns have a consistent look and feel across all marketing channels. Reporting to the Campaign Manager, you will work on both our direct-to-consumer and trade business, supporting all regional marketing campaigns and be an important engine in helping get our campaigns to market in Europe, Middle East and Africa. You’ll frequently work with our global team of designers and creatives and take on tasks that support various departments outside of EMEA marketing (Industry, Partnerships, Tailor Made, PR…etc.). Occasionally you may be called on to assist the NA or APAC region. You must be eager to learn and grow while demonstrating an ability to roll with the punches and pivot to meet the business needs.
